Family house in Kifissia

The physical ground of the plot has no significant height differences which lead to the elevation of the ground floor from it, in order to ease the access to the underground parking space. The house is arranged in three levels, an underground floor with one parking space and storage, a ground floor with the main living areas, and the bedrooms on the first floor. The surrounding space is formed gradually reaching the same level as the ground floor for instant access to the garden from the dining area. Its forms are clean and designed according to each space’s function. They are composed in a complementary way, as a cluster of forms, creating an intense plasticity compared to the size of the house.
