Apartment building in Gerakas, Pallini

The project consists of four levels, an underground parking floor, ground floor and two typical stories. The stairway stands on the axis of symmetry defining two similar forms with the same arrangement. The apartment building has in total 6 apartments of 75 m2 each with a southeastern orientation and wide balconies. The apartments of the ground floor have access to the northwestern garden.
